What Happens Next
- We talk. A quick call to understand your goals, property location, and rough timeline. We'll flag any HOA or permitting considerations upfront.
- We visit your property. A free on-site assessment covering soil conditions, shade patterns, views, access, and drainage. Takes about an hour.
- You get a fixed-price proposal. Custom design with 3D visualization, material specifications, engineering details, and a price that won't change.
Most new builds take 8–12 weeks. Book your October–April build slot early. We recommend reaching out by August for fall starts.
